I am completely satisfied with my GetGo walker. I've had several of them over the years and my new one is satisfactory. I had to wait two months for delivery and during that time I was able to improvise a usable walker from my old walkers in the closet. When a frame weld cracks the walker is history, except for it can provide spare parts like the seat and the wheels. When a frame weld breaks the walker is still safe to use only it creaks and wobbles. I learned that the tires are important in how they contact the floor. New ones are rounded which provides for easy steering and rolling. Old tire -

Firs perfectly for my small frame and fits perfectly throught narrow doorways like closet doors. The color is perfect. The hand grips are very comfortable. Breaks work easily. The seat height is just perfect not to loe not to tall just right. Very movable and agile. Light weight as well. And the careage bag works perfectly. I just need to find a cup holder that works with my walker.
