The Bodymed Hot & Cold Therapy Sleeve Was Developed To Provide Effective Cold Or Hot Compression Therapy Relief For Sore Muscles And Joints. It Is Easy To Slip On For Cold Or Hot Therapy Of The Knees, Elbows, Ankles, Shins, Forearms, And More. By Providing Compression While Simultaneously Delivering Cold Or Hot Therapy, The Bodymed Hot & Cold Therapy Sleeve Makes It Simple To Find Relief Anytime, Anywhere. For Cold Therapy, Place The Sleeve Inside Of The Included Freezer Bag. Leave In A Freezer For At Least Two Hours Before Use. For Heat Therapy, Place The Sleeve In A Clean Microwave And Heat For 45 Seconds. If It Is Not Warm Enough, Heat For An Additional 15 Seconds. Do Not Heat For More Than 90 Seconds. If It Is Too Hot To The Touch, Let It Cool Before Use.
